        德赛湾辣椒酒采用自己种植的从微辣到重辣等10余种纯辣椒，加入了蔗糖和酵母，通过长期的发酵而成，是世界上的纯辣椒酒。辣椒酒温情款款，酒体晶莹，口感复杂，有非常特别的胡椒味，并伴有强烈的柑橘味和微微热带水果的味道。适合于5-8度冷藏后饮用。

• The Hot Chilli Wine is a true chilli wine made from fresh chillies which we grow ourselves. We use up to 10 different varieties from mild to hot. The chillies are fermented with cane sugar and wine yeast and it takes many months before the wine is ready. This is quite possible the only true chilli wine in world.

• You would describe the wine as a sweet wine with a medium heat, the flavour is unique with pepper overtones, lots of citrus and hints of tropical fruit, all derives from the various chillies we use.
  这款酒可以描述为一款温情的酒，口感里有非常特别的胡椒味，柑橘的味道比较强烈，但也含有微微热带水果的味道，酒由种类繁多的辣椒酿制而成是辣椒有复杂口感的原因。

• The wine is best enjoyed icy cold in small glasses and goes very well with seafood, cheeses or rice dishes. The wine can be enjoyed
  with a meal or as an after dinner desert wine with tropical fruit or dark chocolate.
  辣椒酒的品尝：冷藏后饮用，用小玻璃杯做容器，与海鲜搭配“甚佳”，当然搭配芝士或者其他饭类也是不错的选择。

• A good feature of the wine is that it will keep in the refrigerator for up to 6 months once opened as the chillies do not oxidize the same as grapes.
